UK-based Qology partners with Virtual Hold Technology
Partnership will Help Companies Make Better Use of Customers’ Time
Newhaven, East Sus--- and Akron, OH — 25th August 2009 —Qology Limited has reached a reseller agreement with Virtual Hold Technology, LLC (VHT), to sell and support the Virtual Hold® software solution to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Qology develops queue management and callback strategies for contact centres in the government, finance and utility sectors. With this partnership, Qology will be able to help its clients enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue and reduce operational costs.
