    have you found any luck with additional Call Center reporting? We are about to look at a new Cisco Voip phone system and I'm wondering how their Call Center software is? reporting? metrics? dashboards etc? Can they do pop up integration with CRM software? do they do chats? would love your or anyone's insights.
