acoustic shock
Hello everyone!

Can anyone advise me what acoustic shock is and how you would cope with acoustic shock in call centres. Also are you aware of any equipment that can be used to stop acoustic shocks?

Hunter,

Acoustic shock is when a loud or high pitched noise (acoustic shieks) unexpectedly reach headset users through the telephone line.

There are solutions out there to tackle this, let me know where you are and I'll see if I can find someone to help.
