Hi
Was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to start devising a test plan for a call centre. I'm interested in testing before go live of the centre and also operational testing once in operational mode. Anyone got the bare bones of a test plan or some usefult tips, places to look to build one myself ? Cheers Lisa |
