It is possible. At work we use CMS and we create a master DB on SQl server for all agent activity in order to get additional reports to show abusive agent behavior.
I'm not sure how it's done, but I'm positive on the fact that it can be done. |

Some years ago for the business I was working in at the time, we were using ODBC to query CMS direct. You should be able to get a layout of the schema from Avaya. We developed an excel file that was coded in VBA to query the database. For occasions where we wanted the query to refresh we again used excel VBA and exported to a web server. Hope this helps.

report utility
I used to have the same issue--however, through our Avaya consultant we found a third party vendor with a great solution. I don't know if this will help you out, but you might want to go and check it out for yourself
http://www.netlert.com/nfocus.htm The solution is called N-Focus btw their support team is excellent! AD |

you cannot access realtime cms data via odbc.
you can, however use the commandline interface tool (clint) to dump realtime cms data to a file that you can display elsewhere. there is some user gleaned info about clint on the tek-tips.com avaya forums. |
