Call Center professional headsets
Which kind of headsets the call center agents want ?
We are a manufactuirg company, our brand name is Altesys and our intention is to develop the best headset for intensive call center applications. Any suggestion ? Which is your opinion ? In call centers the headset is one of the most important component and the agents are using them for many hours a day, how to reach the maximum comfort ? |

Actually, lately we've been having a lot of issues regarding headsets lately.
I'm listing what I would be looking for on headsets by priority - Extremely reliable:Meaning the cables will last long. They won't break, etc. - Only one piece, since our headsets have a straw and the cushion is detachable, these pars tend to get loose. The ones that we currently have sometimes tend to break also on the support found on the other end of the headset. - Price. Price of course has to be very competitive. - Comfortable. They need to be comfortable, since they are used for many hours in a row. |

Thank you Felix,
for your suggestions, they are certanly very pertinent. What about the audio quality ? Is the microphone noise cancelling very important ? Are the user soddisfy with the audio response of their ear piece ? Intelleggibility: did you find any difference between different headsets' brand ? Thank you for any other comment. |
