Call recording on multiple platforms
Our call centre operates a 1000 seat call centre in Australia.
We have a Nortel Meridian 81C as well as an Aspect PABX, and inbound calls are dispersed between the two into each of their respective queueing systems (Nortel Symposium and Aspect Call Centre). Does anyone know of a call recording/monitoring product that can record/monitor across the two call handling platforms? e. |

We can provide the system with a set up fee and per month per seat recording, storage and retrieval charge.
