desktop faxing

I am investigating desktop faxing for my call center. I would like to know if anyone can suggest something. I would like something simple, to send faxes, receive and import attachments.

Any suggestions would be helpful

My company uses a program called FastFax. All employees have their own fax number; faxes are delivered to our email inboxes and we are able to send faxes from files.
