Mosaix Dialer

Hi!

Is anyone aware if mosaix has dynamics of applying filter conditions on the fly similar to Davox or E pro.

Any updates would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Manan

Not to the extent that Davox does.

You can change;

Pacing algorithims
Time Zone ordering
Detection Mode,(What type of connects get passed to agents)
How recalls are handled
Alternate Phone, (which phone is called first)
There may be a few others.

But, you have no way of modifing the records selected for the campaign once it starts running.
