Call Center Set-up

Hello Dexter.....

Once you have pricing on the Traditional methods of setting up a Call Centre...... then compare those to the price of using a Virtual Call Centre. You not only save tons of money by not having to invest in the equipment, but it is much more flexible too.

Dexter,

Like you, we are from the PHilippines. We are already running virtual call center software from five9.com. They have an event on Feb 28 at the celebrity sports plaza. You may want to attend. its free.

Hope that helps a fellow filipino.

Setting up a new Call Centre

I was just looking at the costs quoted by Abhijeet. Those are just the set up rates. Also consider the on-going monthly costs.

You better look at a Virtual Call Centre.... at least to start.

Setting Up a Call Centre

There are several good Virtual/Hosted Call Centre suppliers. I suggest you get a few quotes in order to make a good comparison.

If I can help you, I need to know your market coverage, Number of expected calls daily, Approximate length of each call, Hours of Business, Number of Agents to start, etc.

Regards,

Steve
