Agent Analysis software
We are a small insurance co. and sell a unique product in 19 states ( soon to be 47). We sell dui insurance and generate about 1,000 inbound calls per week concerning sales and customer service on policies. I'm looking for software that will work with our Inter-tel telephone system that will give me analysis on calls coming in and calls generated by agents. We have a productivity issue and really don't have a way to accurately measure it. We are able to generate a large number of outbound calls but again no way to measure whether the calls were made or connected. We would like to capture the inbound call #'s and create a database to compare with sold policies and future calls. I've looked at Inter Tel Call Center Suite but it is really expensive and pretty robust. We have 10 agents but are growing rapidly and would like to create a small call center on new business we are acquiring. We generate quite a few quote requests from our internet site as well.
