Blended Predictive Dialer

Hello all,

I am doing research on predictive dialers. I am looking for a dialer that I can integrate with my current switch. We use a Rockwell Spectrum.

I want this dialer to blend outbound calls to agents during slow inbound periods.

Any suggestions?

Hai,

The Rockwell Spectrum switch is handled by Aspect. Now Aspect is combined with Concerto (a predictive dialer company) and i believe concerto/aspect would be in a better place to provide you a better solution.
