Hi
All, I am looking for a functionality, where in i need not login to the ACD and then also i can make calls or receive calls, has anyone done such applications, i have tried using CTConnect. guys pls advice Regards Amit Velankar

I know a predictive dialer which help you to login in and recive and make calls at the same time is is called Stratasoft try it

I have an VB TAO control panel, it's a Visula Basic application developped by my self, you can use it to login, logout, make call, transfer call, ...etc.
