predictive dialer salaries

Hello,
I run the dialer(outbound only with max of 24 coordinators) at a call center and I was just wondering what the average salary is for someone who runs a predictive dialer.

all depends,


anyways in India its around 25000/- to 30000/- ......... for something of your sort of seats.
