Headsets - Noise at Work

Hi

I'm looking into the question of which headsets to use considering the new Noise at Work regs.
I've previously used Plantronics SupraPlus Noise Cancelling with a Tickbox to keep in line with the current legislation, but I'm not sure this will be adequate for future cover.
Anyone got any information on who is releasing new products to deal with this ?
