Extracting call stats from Siemens HiPath
I am a operations/project manager for two helpdesks. Each helpdesk has a different ACD switch. One is Avaya CMS and the other is a Siemens HiPath system. We are in the process of automatic the collection and delivery of perfomance metrics to our front line analysts. So far, we have been successfull with our Avaya CMS ACD but we are running into problems trying to extract data from our HiPath system.
The problem is that we have yet to figure out a way to collect the call stats from the Siemens HiPath IVR.
Does anyone have any experience with a Siemens HiPath IVR that would be willing to share?
