As we know that the call center or so called BPO industry in India is growing in a rapid manner with different companies outsourcing their services from US / UK and other parts of the world. It is very clear that running a call center is not so easy task as it requires experienced management, skilled people, a commitment to provide quality services to clients, proper planning and strategy and so on.
Here I would like to introduce myself as a professional person having more than 8 yrs of experience in the service industry, out of which 6 plus yrs are into BPO/ITES. I have been working with MNC's in India & US in a senior possition. The best part of my profile is that I have a core experience in Operations and Business Development. I have proven myself as a person who can handle huge team consisting of 200-250 people for different process.
I have also participated in migration and transition work for different clients in US/UK. I keep a very good relations with my clients in the international market. I was in US for the past 2 yrs working in the call center industry. I am looking for an opening which can give me a chance to explore all my experience which I hold. I am looking to work with existing call centers located in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad (India) etc or even people who have intentions to start up a new center In India. I also welcome my US/UK counterparts who are looking for opening a center for them in India. I can provide all the needed support for your business.
I would not only help you to setup the center and get some good projects from US / UK if required, however I would also manage the entire daily operations of the company and ensure that the SLA's provided by the clients are met.
