Wallboard question

Setting up brand new call center. We are using a Nortel IP phone system. Boss wants me to reasearch what we should do for wallboards. Can anyone offer any recommendations for a company we should use.

Wall boards are soooo 199x...

I strongly recommended allocating resources to an online ticker accessible to everyone as opposed to wall boards. There are a number of options out there that will allow ACD information and custom messages by login-group. This allows information to be controlled but universally accessible.

I'm looking to provide this type of solution but the Genesys GAD Ticker solution is limited in function. Do you know of an application that will show virtual agent group stats ie calls in queue, total calls answered etc that works with Genesys CCPulse?

Plasma's

the solution that is implemented in one of my callcentres simply involves having CCPulse display on a big plasam screen. the screen just attaches to one of your pc's and just create a realtime queue view etc and have it display on the screen. you can even open 2 copies of CCPulse and have them both displayed on the plasma, ie one for queue calls waiting etc, and one for realtime monitoring of who's next in the queue.
