CC in the Phil

There does not seem to be a lot of discussions on CC in the Phil. I'm interested in setting up small CC (about 10 seats to begin with) but could use some advise in terms of technology and costs. Also is it an advantage to create a US based company that operates in the Phil? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
