Base amplifier set (bad voice tranfer)

Hi
can any one suggest some good base amplifier set for good voice transfer ,we are having delays and cuttoffs ,we can hear the customer but customer is having difficulty in hearing us . is there any good solution for that .

Junaid,

The problem you are facing is probably one due to the quality of ISP you are using or of the quality of the VoiP service provider.

I do not think any base amplifier can resolve this.

Check
> ISP available bandwidth,
> latency
> jitter
> packet loss
> bandwidth or codec requirements of your VoIP provider.
