Genesys WFM PSL

Hi There, I'm not sure if anyone can help me but I would be very surprised if other users havn't had a serious issue with the way PSL is calculated in Genesys WFM and the fact that it appears to be unconfigurable.

Has anyone come across this issue and maybe found a work around??
