Controlling outgoing Caller ID on D240/480 over Analog T1
Is it possible to control the outgoing Caller ID over analog (long distance) T1's? Our dialer company says this requires PRI T1's but I have spoken to another center that claims they are doing it with a different dialer.
Our dialer uses Dialogic D240 and D480 cards on Windows2000.

Call ID Issue
Only the phone company can provide caller id on CAS (Non PRI) T1s. We would be happy to upgrade your existing system to one that can do PRI on your existing Dialogic Cards.
