Inbound Fax Technology

Do any of you process inbound orders via fax?

If so, do you employ a solution that involves technology other than the traditional fax machine?

I am evaluating the option of moving to a more automated system and am not sure where to start.

Any information would be greatly appreciated

Hi

I am not much of a techi-but 90% of the business i head is through faxes!
I currently use e-fax and Kall8 fax that directly send the fax to an e-mail and this really works for me.

You can divert the fax to multiple destinations.
