Hosted solutions/virtual PBX
We're considering moving from a traditional on-site PBX to a hosted/virtual PBX. Anyone have experience using a virtual PBX they'd like to share? We like the idea of not having to deal with potential hardware problems but we've never dealt with a hosted solution before. Words of advice?

I personally like them.. we are using a virtual PBX in one of our offices. We hardly have any problems and you can do whatever you want at a touch of a button.

Virtual PBX is a good and reliable option, only thing is someone needs to manage it professionally and the administrator should have suond knowledge of the same.
