this forum is great
ive been running call centers for about five years
using old tech ets autodialers ect ect ect
im now switching to amcat but i seem to be having some
really odd line stats seems like 30% of my lines make 70% of my calls
can anyones give me a hand or point me in a direction that doesnt cost 500 bucks a hour???
