hardware or Network based

Are you open to a network based solution where only a router and switch would only reside at your site or the more traditional hardware approach. How many agents are you expecting initially and what are your growth plans for the next three years?

shoot me an email with all your queries and will reply you back with a proposal. We can do remote installation and administration given that we coordinate with a linux guy from your side.

Hi,

You can go in for an Open Source Solution which is cheaper(albeit if you know Linux you can do self installationand configuration which would be free) you can use open source dialer as well to shoot calls to remote agents @ remote locations you do not need any expensive hardware and you can route calls via the internet using a dedicated pipe.

Do let me know if you need any further information , suggestion or recommendation.

Cheers
