Workforce management migration

Recently i did a migration from CMS R6 (Sun Blade 150) to CMS R13 (Sun Fire V890). There is a customization reports for call center IEX server. The data and the scripts file for IEX has been migrated over.
But I have been havin trouble with getting the Total View workforce management to automatically run and retrieve the data.
All the files pertaining to IEX reside at the /export/home/pserve directory.
I even copied the iex file in directory /etc/init.d.
The data from CMS can be manually triggered and ftp automatically to the IEX server.
Can anyone advise me on how to bring the IEX reporting to function normally after the migration.
is there any background service that i have to configure?
Help needed urgently.....Many thanks.
