Diagnostic scripting

Hi guys,

I've found some software called Firefly (http://www.informavores.com/firefly) which seems very good at building decision trees to provide diagnostic support in our call centre.

Does any one know of anything similar (so we can look at competitive technologies) - or has anyone used this in their call centre?
