Call Center Hardware For 120 Seats

I'm right about to upgrade a clients hardware so he can run the software we distribure and there are a couplf of things that are coming to my attention that may be a problem. I'm hoping some of you techies can help me with with the setup.

I've asked them to acquire 3 servers. All HP ML350's. I'm going to use one as a CTI server, one for an Asterisk server and the last one as a database server. Now, they have exisiting workstations and they are using AMD Sempron processors.

Am I going to have any problems with compatibility running Intel HMP Ports on the CTI Server while having AMD based processors on the workstations? I don't believe there is going to be troulbe but when I'm asking a client to invest in such ahuge amount of money, I'd like to be sure.

Any help that anyone can provide will be much appreciated.

Cheers. :)
