Code Resources for Avaya / IEX Total View

Hello everyone,

Can anyone recommend a book or URL with more sample of code or usage of syntax / api's to pull up data from Avaya AND IEX Total View using VB/VBA?

The code given in one of the threads here has its own limitations which doesn't suit my need and also it doesn't describe as to what function is doin what? are there more functions that can be helpful ? Pls help.
