Dialers
Well there are many in the market, Genesys, Cisco and Avaya the big players but they mostly cater to really large call center.
In the SME segment, there is DACX (Drishti Advanced Communications Exchange), Parsec, Five9, Concerto. Then there are some asterisk based (but not too stable) dialers like ViciDial. DACX CCS is India based, and the rest are American/European players. |

Dialer requirement
Quote:
hey niki concerto is a good dialer and its reliable also. But it is a expensive one. There are other cheap dialers if you like to use.Like Parsec, drishti,Clarity. If u dont have any problems regarding funds, thenm you definitely go for concerto or Avaya. you can also try startasoft dialer. feel free to ask for help when required. |
