WorkForce Mgmt 101

I have been tasked with finding the right WFM tool and was hoping that anyone out there could point me to some good research tools. Right now based on what I have read I am focusing my efforts in eWFM, BP, and IEX.

Does anyone have any recommendations or pointers for things to look for?
Thanks
