Seating software?
I really need some help here. We are constantly expanding and always looking for space. Due to turnover throughout our organization (about 500 staff) we have problems keeping track of vacant workstations.
Is there a software solution similar to an airline reservation system or Tickemaster seating system that can be used for large Contact Centres? For instance, this would enable me to see how many seats are vacant between 3pm and 11pm M-F. It would be even better if it could tell me where the vacant stations are actaully located in our building. Any information would be very helpful! |

our call center isnt as big as yours, about 100 people. we simply just use microsoft excel. each supervisor has their work stations drawn up and who sits where, what shift they work, when they take breaks. I understand you guys are looking for a bigger more high tech system to help you out, but until you find that, Excel works wonders. You can setup the workstations with all their names, add tabs to the worksheet for each shift. So whoever you are looking for or wherever they are sitting is just a few clicks away. Let me know if this helped at all.
