Is there a free ready to use customer support software?

I am, head of the IT department of a non-profit organization with around 75 employees. Our services are growing rapidly and we are in need of a customer support software which would not need customization to suit our needs. The reason being we don't wish to hire analysts or buy servers. As we are in the non profit industry, preferable would be free software. Any suggestion?

I am not aware of any free customer support software solutions.

But there are many companies that will allow you to rent a system. Here's a few I know of:

Free software

The company I use is called Jade Technologies, they are a hosted predictive dialer. You don't have to buy a server or purchase any software. You simply go to their website www.jadesp.com, and fill out the free account setup form. Then they send you a email, with login and password information. You download the software directly from the website. They have great service, for the cheapest price I have seen.
