Amcat Problems

I am having problems with a Amcat Dialer...It works across three seperate machines. What happend was we moved the machines into a different domain...same IP number, same machine name, but now the Intel Netmerge software wont connect to the "server"...but from what I can tell it is trying to connect through the localhost on ports 2020 and 2019...how would moving domains make the system fail...All the O\S systems are Windows Server 2000. The machine that hosts the dialer cards with the Netmerge software and the Amcat Engine. The second machine is running the databases on SQL 2000. The last machine runs the Enterprise software.AMcat NOBLE wants over $2000 to just diagnose....what the heck! The system cost $70,000 with everything that was purchased for the original 50 man operation. I need some real help here!
