Intel NetMerge CCS Wont Connect
I have a Amcat dialer system that is kinda of older. We purchased the system when we had a call center of 50 agents going....now were down to 10 or so. Anyway I need some real technical help. We had to move our servers into another domain because of a AD failure. Now CCS Manager wont connect to the "server" HELP! The DCM manager says the cards are online and working but why cant i connect to the server. If anyone needs more info please ask and if you want we can even connect via email. I just need help!!
