Help setting up call center in Mexico

Hi, our company currently has a small call center in the U.S. to handle inbound calls and want to expand the call center to Mexico.

We use Avaya IP office 500.

We want to setup an office in Mexico and have the phones there to be part of our phone system in the US. Ex. We want to be able to dial an extension number and have the phone ring in Mexico.

Voice Quality is very important to us.

Can anyone guide us as to what we need in terms of connectivity and hardware?

Thank you

Did you find a solution on this? I saw your post was from August and you may have found a solution on your own. We have existing call centers in Mexico that could handle the calls for you if there is interest on your end. The call routing you described is relatively straight forward.

Let me know if you still need help.

Call Center in Mexico

I can give you advice. The best solution for you would be hosted. You already have the Avaya IP the hosted will just lay over that. It can route the calls to Mexico from the US number if need be. It will be a semless process and you will be able to monitor and record the calls as well. Report in historical as well as real time is important. Hosted is not a premise based so no hardware and overhead is needed.

I would like to point you in the right direction.
