Performance Edge by Aspect
Our call center is looking to purchase the new Performance Edge training software from Aspect. I am wondering if there is anyone who currently uses this for their customer service training. We would like software that we can modify to accomodate to our specific training needs, that also will store scores and information, and is also easy for our representatives to use. If there is anyone who has any comments regarding this product, I would really appreciate hearing from you.
