Dialer - Web Based or On Site

12 seat outbound. Loved the E.I.S predictive, did not like Noble. Looking for a dialer for a 12 seater mostly cold call - some blended. Need to have basic reporting, and a monitor feature that will allow a hand held phone person to walk th eroom and listen and assist calllers. Give me some ideas.

Looking for same....

I am also looking for a predictive dialer for 6 seats. Everything that I have heard is better to go with a hosted solution. Less maintenance, free upgrades, etc.


But am interested in hearing more opinions.

Free Predictive Dialer. Why would you need to pay..

The days of paying for Installing Predictive dialers are basically obsolete. Even a beginner should be able to manage the basics. We are Voip providers and have compiled some resources to get you started. Dialer download, Free G729 Codec's, base instructions (as well as Trixbox, HUD, Softphones etc).
Base spec's you should look at for a 10 to 20 man team.

Dual to Quad Processor
2 to 4 Gig Ram
Hard drive from 80 gig
2 x Network Cards (Public and Private Ip addresses)

Other Things.
1 Static IP
Voip Provider (see Untitled Document)
Internet with spare IP addesses

Base instructions

Setup should take approx 3 hrs from start to finish

download your ISO (Vicibox or Vicidialnow) Vicidialnow is the easiest install but Vicibox is better
Install like you would a windows CD
Follow basic instructions at vici website where you downloaded the iso from (link at Untitled Document)
once installed download and install your free G729 Codec (link at Untitled Document)
Make your campaign
Make your users
Setup your telco
Load your leads
Setup your softphones
You are ready to make calls

Start to finish should be 3 to 4 hours (dialer updates will take approx 1 to 2 hours of that)

Thats It.

I am happy to give base support on setup only provided you use us as your telco.

VoIP phone service for call center

All concerns about using a free dialer product for a production call center aside,
can anyone vouch for the reliability of VoIP over the internet for an on premises dialer system?
