Aspect eWorkforce Management
I am currently working in Aspect's eWorkforce Management Version 7.0. When I try to run agent productivity reports, it only shows 1 of my ACD's and 5 skills.
I have 3 ACD's. ACD 1 = 28 split/skills ACD 2 = 12 split/skills ACD 3 = 19 Split/skills How do I get those to register in eWFM for the Agent Productivity Reports? I tried calling Aspect for support, but they were not helpful. |
