Help with Amcat Client

We have just installed a used Amcat predictive dialer and are having some problems connecting to remote agents.

Does anyone have the parameter list for the Agenttcp.exe application ?

I've been going trial and error with no luck. We get the agent app where it thinks it's connected to the remote agent phone and it does the screen pop but it never seems to dial the agent phone. The normal outdialing seems to be fine.

Any help is appreciated.
