Battery Backup Call Center Runtime
Hello all,

Just a quick question for those of you with Call Centers - I have an 8 seat inbound HR related employee service call center in a consulting company. Have any of you published or told clients what kind ofruntime guarantees you can give for your call center on battery backup and what kind of time frames are you giving?

I have never told or promised a client a specific run time. I have tested and my runtime on full battery is about 40 minutes for both phones and support systems. I was just wondering how this related to what others are experiencing and if your clients are asking for runtime guarantees.
