Import Schedules via a Data dump from CSV
Hi,
I am using aspect version 7.1 and is there away that I can upload a CSV file to import the schedules of agents. I know the format that aspect using from looking at the export. I however do not have access the the SQL server so is there a way to do it without this access. Regards Taji |
