Aspect Director generates "memory could not be read" error

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction as Google searches are not turning up anything fruitful.

I am running CustomView Director 3.0.0.0 from Aspect to display real-time canvas information on my Desktop. I also have CustomView Producer installed on the same workstation.

For some reason, the app crashes when I try to load a canvas and turn the "Data ON". Initially it only occured with a handful of custom canvases I created but now it seems to occur with the default canned canvases that came with the software.

The specific error I get is:
---
CustomView Director: Director.exe - Application error
The instruction at "0x73dd11c7" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.
---

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Director and Producer (along with schema) to try to correct the issue.

A few of my coworkers also use the same version of Director but can open the canvases fine so I know it is something specific with my machine.

Memory scans turn up no problems.
Hard drive scans come out clean.
Anti-virus is not detecting any malicious software.

I'm at my wits end to resolve this.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
