address validation software

Hi:
We're looking for software that will validate postal addresses in real time when callers are on the phone to us. We're a decent size call center, about 30 people.
We're looking for something so that when people call in, our agents ask for their ZIP Code, then it narrows through available options in a few keystrokes so we have all their address info quickly, and know that is is correct.
We deal mainly with US customers, but sometimes Canadians.

Can anyone give me any advice on what software we should be looking at?
Do any of you use something similar?
Does it integrate well with your existing software?

I'm interested to know of a similar software, too. That would surely be a great help for certain call centers.

i would also interested this type of software. I recently come across the ip-telephony-software. Here is the similar software. That is much interested of my existing software.
