Call Center Survey Tool
Hi All,
I am currently looking for a simple low-cost solution for survey management for an outbound call center. The appliction would have to support the creation of surveys tied to uploaded customer lists. The application would have to provide a worklist for the call agents, and the basic reports of calls assigned, calls completed, time per call, time total, various workflow management reports, etc. We have found some open source solutions, but they only fill parts of the needs.
