How dialer works?
Is there anyone who can help me learn the basics of dailer or any website where i can get some knowledge about how it works?

Do you have a dialer?
Has your company purchased a dialer, are you just curious, or is your organization thinking about purchasing a dialer. I have worked in call centers, with dialers for the last sixteen years.

yes our company is working on Davox and to specify the question, I would like to know the pros and cons of using the percentage target over agent ration pacing, or the precision dailing over the other option?
